As a former London fashion executive turned Women’s Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher, I know how hard it is to keep everything together — to strive for balance while juggling the demands of work, responsibilities in a fast-paced world that never seems to slow down.

This course weaves together ancient wisdom and modern science to support deep, lasting transformation. Rooted in transpersonal psychology, yoga, somatic practices, and modern coaching, each module is designed to meet you where you are — and guide you back to balance, clarity, and self-trust.

Throughout our journey, you’ll explore tools like reflective journaling, breathwork, movement, and meditation to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and nourish your nervous system.

Meet your coach, Yohanna.

Hi, I’m Yohanna — a Women’s Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher. I created Nourish to Flourish because I know how it feels to look successful on the outside, yet feel disconnected on the inside.

I used to be a fashion executive running on stress, constantly proving my worth through achievement. Eventually, I hit a wall — burned out, depleted, and unsure who I was without the accomplishments. That moment became my turning point.

Since then, I’ve trained as a certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and completed over 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training. I’ve worked with global brands like Spotify, Net-A-Porter, Deloitte, and Lululemon, and my work has been featured in Vogue, ELLE, and Women’s Health.

Today, I support high-achieving women in reconnecting with their bodies, restoring their energy, and realigning with what truly matters — through coaching, retreats, yoga, and this online course.

I now live in California — between the pulse of the city and the peace of our citrus farm — with my partner and our three dogs. A life in balance. A life that finally feels like mine.
