You wake up tired yet wired and you're immediately stressed by a full email inbox on your phone. Rushing against time, you multi-task at work and power through the day with the help of coffee. Your mind is scattered, shoulders tense, and a sense of overwhelm sweeps in.

Self-critical thoughts run on repeat, and only perfection is good enough for you. You work relentlessly to prove your worth to others by trying to accomplish more. The pressure to stay on top of your responsibilities, both privately and professionally, feels suffocating.

You seek relief with a glass of wine, and to silence your thoughts, you mindlessly scroll on social media. A sense of emptiness settles in, and you wonder, 'Is this it?' You've worked so hard to reach this point in your life, yet the fulfillment you expected to come with it feels elusive. You yearn for change, but you don’t know where to start. I'm here to assure you that it's possible—I've emerged from this very cycle, and I've guided numerous women to do the same. I once had a successful career in the fast-paced fashion and technology industry in London. On the surface, my life was a picture of success, but I was struggling beneath that facade, eventually leading to burnout and an eating disorder. It was this personal challenge that became my catalyst, launching me into a transformative healing journey, laying the foundation for the work I do with other women today.

I'm Yohanna, a former London fashion executive now a Women's Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher. My toughest challenges, burnout and eating disorder, unexpectedly became my most profound gifts as they catalyzed me to build an aligned life of purpose and authenticity.

It was those very trials that shaped me into the coach I am today. My work with clients embodies the help I once needed, illuminating the path for other women on their journeys.

Today, I am a proud graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a certified health coach, and a 500-hour trained Jivamukti and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. I've been privileged to coach countless women in my 6-month coaching program, led over a dozen global retreats, and collaborated with corporations such as Spotify, Lululemon, Uniqlo, and Vogue.

The methodology

My unique methodology is holistic and draws from practices, old and new, such as transpersonal psychology, ancient yoga traditions and innovative coaching techniques. There is a structure to the program that has been tried and tested but what happens within that frame is unique to your needs and goals. We weave deep conversation with reflective journaling, breath-work, meditation, somatic movement and visualization. All modalities are all designed to transform your brain and body, helping you feel your best.

You will receive personalized recommendations in between sessions, as well as additional resources such as books, podcasts or practices when needed. The program spans over 6 months, with Zoom sessions scheduled bi-weekly. I encourage organic conversations, as unexpected insights may arise during our work together. To ensure personalized attention, I prefer working with a select number of clients and am available for support in-between sessions as needed.

  • A wellness coach is a professional who guides individuals in improving their overall health and wellbeing. We facilitate positive changes in areas like nutrition, relationships, spirituality, and career, creating personalized plans based on each client's unique lifestyle and goals. We provide support, education and accountability, but are not substitutes for medical or mental health professionals.

  • I am a certified Institute of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, 200H Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and 300H Jivamukti Yoga Teacher. I also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Business from Istitutio Marangoni.

  • Coaching can be powerful, healing and transformative. It offers a space for sense-making of your experiences in life which can help you gain clarity and a deeper understanding of the world around and within you. You will need to be open to change and put in the work in order to see results - no one can do the work for you.

  • I appreciate that it may feel daunting to step into coaching but that is actually a good sign - you’re moving outside of your comfort zone. Get in touch with me to discuss your situation and we can together determine if you’re in a good place for coaching.

  • I would love to have a conversation with you to learn about your current challenges and goals. The best way to determine if there's a good fit between us is through a free consultation which can be booked here - no strings attached.

  • There are many different types of therapists and coaches which makes this difficult to answer briefly. I would say that the main difference is that therapists are licensed professionals trained to diagnose and treat mental health disorders which is something coaches don't do. A coach is focused on supporting their clients to reach their individual objectives and supporting them through life's hurdles which may have a therapeutic effect.
