When everything looks right, but something still feels missing.

I’ve spoken with countless women who, despite having lives filled with accomplishments, still feel a longing for something more or different. They’ve checked all the boxes and done everything they thought they were supposed to do, yet the fulfilment they expected never quite arrived.

Perhaps you find yourself caught in life’s hamster wheel, longing for something different but unsure what that looks like. Maybe the life you’ve built no longer feels entirely like your own, or you’re moving through a season of transition and questioning what comes next.

The pace and pressure of modern life can gradually disconnect us from ourselves. Many of the women I work with experience burnout, anxiety, poor sleep, tense bodies, digestive issues, or hormonal imbalances after spending years overriding what they need.

But these moments of discomfort can also be an invitation: to pause, listen more closely, and begin creating a life that feels true to who you are.

“The coaching with Yohanna was so transformative. She treats everyone with empathy and care and creates a non-judgmental environment where one feels heard, safe, and appreciated. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to understand themselves and make changes.”
— Oxana, Italy
“Getting to understand myself in a whole new way has been life-changing. The most meaningful part was feeling empowered and realizing that I had all the answers inside me. I just needed Yohanna to ask me the hard questions.”
— Therese, Sweden

A space to be heard, supported, and gently challenged

I know what it’s like to build a life that looks successful but no longer feels in alignment with who we are. After years working in fashion and technology in London, burnout and an eating disorder forced me to slow down and begin listening to myself differently.

That chapter changed the direction of my life and shaped the way I support women today. My work offers the kind of space I once needed myself: somewhere to be honest, question what no longer fits, and find your own way forward.

I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Somatic B3 Coach, and 500-hour trained Jivamukti and Vinyasa yoga teacher. Over the years, I’ve coached hundreds of women, led more than twenty global retreats, and collaborated with organizations including Spotify, lululemon, Soho House, UNIQLO, and Vogue.

  • Create a safe, non-judgmental space for honest self-exploration.

  • Ask thoughtful questions that help you find your own answers.

  • Offer gentle accountability, honest challenge, and ongoing support.

  • Share practical tools to help you navigate change with greater confidence.

The methodology

My unique methodology is holistic and draws from practices, old and new, such as transpersonal psychology, ancient yoga traditions and innovative coaching techniques. There is a structure to the program that has been tried and tested but what happens within that frame is unique to your needs and goals. We weave deep conversation with reflective journaling, breathwork, meditation, somatic movement and visualization.

You will receive personalized recommendations between sessions, as well as additional resources such as books, podcasts or practices when needed. The program spans three months, with Zoom sessions held weekly or every other week. I encourage organic conversations, as unexpected insights may arise during our work together. To ensure personalized attention, I prefer working with a select number of clients and am available for support between sessions as needed.
