Retreat prices do not include:

3. CANCELLATION BY YOU

You (or any member of your party) may cancel your booking at any time by notifying us in writing. Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your written notice. Because cancellations incur administrative and operational costs, the following charges apply:

Time Before Retreat Start

Cancellation Charge

More than 60 days: Loss of 25% deposit

60–30 days: 50% of total retreat price

Less than 30 days: 100% of total retreat price

The 25% deposit is non-refundable in all cases. In certain circumstances and depending on availability, we may allow you to transfer your booking to another retreat. This is at the discretion of the organizer.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation.

4. CANCELLATION BY US

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if unforeseen circumstances arise or if minimum participant numbers are not met. In this case, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us.

We are not responsible for any personal expenses such as flights, travel arrangements, visas, or travel insurance. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

A decision regarding cancellation due to minimum numbers will be made no later than 30 days before the retreat start date.

Minimum Participants

Each retreat requires a minimum number of participants to operate. If this minimum is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat and issue a full refund of payments made.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellation or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, wildfires, pandemics, government restrictions, political instability, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will offer a transfer of funds to a future retreat where possible but are not liable for external expenses such as flights.
