Yoga & Wellness Workshop - "From Burnout to Balance”
Heal from burnout or catch yourself before it happens. Learn from Yohannas story and the tools that brought her from exhausted anxiety to alive and aligned.
Details: 45 min Jivamukti Yoga Class. Yohanna will teach a dynamic Vinyasa practice, designed to detox the system from stress and to open up layers of protection. The class includes meditation, hands-on assists, breathing techniques, yoga philosophy and spiritual teachings. Variations will be given to suit all levels of practitioners.
The class will be followed by an inspirational and educational talk on how Yohanna went from a London fashion executive to Yoga Teacher & Women's Wellness Coach in Tulum, Mexico. She will share her journey, how she healed from burnout and how she founded Yohasana, a community for ambitious women to explore balanced living through yoga and wellness practices.
