Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

WHY YOU WILL LOVE IT

This is your perfect summer smoothie bowl I created this recipe on Midsummers Eve and served it to my very delighted family. The strawberries are not only delicious but also great antioxidants and high in fiber. Antioxidants help keep your cells and body healthy.

I picked my strawberries from our garden but frozen strawberries are great alternatives too. If you have a local farmer, support their business and get them fresh!


WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 1 cup of frozen or fresh strawberries

  • 1 banana (frozen makes it extra yummy)

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut flour (makes it thick)

  • 1 cup of coconut milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)

  • Strawberries, banana and granola as topping (optional)

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Put all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve in a bowl, top with fresh berries, banana and granola.

  3. Enjoy, preferably in the sunshine!
