Green Smoothie Bowl

WHY YOU WILL LOVE IT

If I had to choose a last meal, this would probably be it. I love the creamy avocado combined with the freshness of the greans and sweetness of the banana.

I like a high-protein breakfast and I add a scoop of Vanilla protein powder from Falcon (Birdman). I can highly recommend their products as they are 100% plant-based and organic, you can really taste the difference!


WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice

  • 1 banana (frozen makes it extra yummy)

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • Handful of spinach or kale (frozen is ok)

  • 1 cup of coconut milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)

  • Blueberries, walnuts and müesli as topping (optional)

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Put all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve in a bowl, top with fresh strawberries, coconut flakes and müesli.

  3. Enjoy, preferably in the sunshine!
