Here is a recipe you will love me for. Not only is it absolutely delicious but it is also packed with energy, nutrients and antioxidants! Cacao is considered one of the highest–antioxidant foods on the planet. It’s full of magnesium, iron, manganese, and chromium and is also extremely high in the “bliss chemical” anandamide.
I like to add protein powder to mine which makes it a complete meal. This is your healthy solution when you have chocolate cravings - indulge without any guilt!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
1/1 banana (frozen makes it extra yummy)
½ ripe avocado
1 cup of coconut milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
1 tsp of Raw Cacao Nibs
One scoop of chocolate protein powder (preferably vegan)
Raspberries and shaved coconut as topping (optional)
HOW TO MAKE IT
Put all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Serve in a glass jug, top with fresh berries and shaved coconut
