What kind of nutrition advice do you provide? Specific type of diet or philosophy?

I have a holistic approach to health and consider primary nutrition to be Relationships, Career, Physical exercise and Spiritual Practice. That’s the areas I would look at first, then secondary we look at nutrition. 

I believe in bio-individuality and that there’s no diet to fit all however I promote the majority of your diet to be plant based, with the occasional animal protein if that’s something the client want to include. Everyone feels better from reducing alcohol, processed food, meat and additives from their diet. 

Each time, as she experiences moments of pure silence, she hears her soul speak. She feels present, which is unique to her and her perpetual rat race lifestyle.
